A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A VARIANCE TO <br />!MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />.;ECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 15 (C) AND <br />SECTION 10.28, SUBDIVISION 5 (B) <br />FILE #1332 <br />WHEREAS, Marcelo Gumucio (hereinafter "the applicant") is the <br />owner of the property located dt 980 West Fernuale Road within the City of <br />Orono (hereinafter "City-) and legally described as follows. <br />i.:hibit A, attached (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for after -the -fact <br />vat 'ances to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 15 (C) and <br />Section 10.28, Subdivision 5 (B) to permit the construction of driveway <br />entrance monuments exceeding the maximum 3.5' height _imitation and located <br />less than 1' from the property line where a 50' minimum front setback would <br />normally be required for such structures. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RRSOLVFD by the Citv Council of Or�-,no, <br />:Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1.
