The proposed <br />monuments 6' in height in a front yard area (or within street <br />right-of-way) certainly requires a variance_ from the municipal <br />zoning code. The brick surface drive approach in the street <br />right-of-way is governed by Section 6.05 of the municipal code <br />(copy attached), which requires thcit a permit first be obtained <br />for work within a right -of -F.,ay.
