The one plan shows an easement for property access and an <br />easement for construction purposes. The other plan provi3es for subdivision <br />of the parcel. <br />We informed MWCC that the subdivision process could not be handled as as part <br />of this application. They then agreed to apply for an easement on the <br />property at this time so that the project is not delayed.
