The City will not issue a <br />Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (Temp CO) for new <br />homes during the growing season from May 1st to <br />November 1st. Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy <br />requires all permits associated with the project to be finaled <br />and an as-built survey approved by the City. If vegetation <br />is not fully established at the time of CO issuance, the <br />erosion control escrow will continue to be held.
