Below is a list of items the City of Orono is <br />requesting to complete our review: <br />./ Two (2) original scaled copies of the certificate of survey, and a reduced copy ( I I 'x 17' or smaller), <br />indicating the following : <br />o setback zones from the OHWL of Lake Minnetonka, <br />o the proposed structures, <br />o al I proposed hardcover, <br />o the average lakeshore setback, <br />o existing topographic contours extending 50 ' past the property boundaries, and <br />o proposed storm water drainage and proposed site grading (please indicate total cubic yards of <br />proposed earth movement on /off site) . <br />./ Certified Property Owners List -owners within 150 ' of the subject property , labels and plat map . <br />List, labels and map may be obtained from Hennepin County Department of Finance , Government <br />Center, A -603 300 South 6111 Street, Minneapolis, telephone 612-348-5910. <br />Application #06-3216 is incomplete .
