We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />• Existing contours should be shown in all areas where grading will occur. Specifically, contours <br />should be provided to the south and west of the proposed garage, including the driveway . In <br />addition, proposed contours should be provided in all areas to be disturbed, including the <br />proposed turnaround area adjacent to the driveway. <br />• A swale should be graded to the north of the proposed garage in order to maintain drainage on the <br />subject property. <br />• The proposed grading to the northeas t of the existing house exceeds the maximum allowable 3 : 1 <br />slope.
