A 75' -250' zone hardcover variance in order to construct a 2-stall garage over <br />existing hardcover (driveway); and <br />2. A side setback variance in order to construct a 2-stall garage 1 O' from the side lot <br />line where a 30 ' setback is required and a 9 .9' setback is existing; and <br />3. A 75' -250' hardcover variance to construct a covered entrance over existing <br />hardcover (grade-level porch). <br />Staff Recommendation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval of the <br />variances with the condition that hardcover within the 75'-250' zone shall become <br />conforming at 4,906 s.f. or 25%.
