Existing and proposed hardcover calculations and corresponding site plan with <br />reference locations for the calculations. <br />4. Enlarged floor plan drawing of proposed additions. More detailed drawings will be <br />prepared for building permit purposes. <br />5. Exterior elevation drawings of proposed additions. <br />6. A check in the amount of $200 for the variance application fee. <br />7. Completed Variance Application form. <br />8. Adjacent Property Owners Acknowledgment Form and an additional form from <br />adjacent neighbors giving formal approval and consent to the proposed plans. <br />9. Data Privacy Advisory form. <br />10. Lot Coverage calculations for both existing and proposed conditions. <br />11. A certified property owners list, labels and a plat plan from Hennepin County <br />identifying property owners within 150 feet of our property. <br />12. Neighborhood plat generally depicting contours and other homes, created by aerial <br />photography. <br />13. Photos of the property. <br />14.
