To do new trusses over the existing old roof and provide an adequate air space and pitch, the old ridge would be <br />30- to 36 inches higher than it is now, which would make it only 3 to 9 inches higher than the ridge currently on <br />my newer additions. <br />You indicated that we shouldn't need a new survey since you have one that shows the old house set -backs and <br />we shouldn't need new hardcover calculations since there are no changes to the ones previously approved. I <br />talked with Lyle Oman today and he said he would not need new energy envelope calculations ,since he has the <br />approved ones from before and we will only be increasing the roof insulation. <br />I would like to submit the variance application before noon 4/20/11. I assume I can fax it? Do you need <br />anything other than the completed Variance Application and payment of the application fee at this time? <br />What will I need to submit before the Planning Commission meeting date? <br />Plans? <br />Neighbor list and signoffs? <br />Escrow Agreement and payment? <br />Hardship form? <br />Other? <br />Would I need to be at the Planning Commission meeting on 5/16? I am out of town then.
