Escrow Agreement - signed and notarized and mailed to you. <br />4. $700 Escrow application check has been mailed to you with Escrow Agreement. <br />5. Hardship Documentation Form (mailed to you with roof plans). <br />6. Comparison drawings of proposed new roof and existing roof. <br />7. The Certified Property Owners List and Map are being mailed directly to you from <br />Hennepin County.
