Our preliminary <br />review indicates that your application is complete. <br />Your application is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Monday, May 16, <br />2011. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m, Please make sure that you or your representative is <br />available to attend the meeting.. You will be mailed a staff report regarding your application prior <br />to the meeting date. <br />Please note, as we discussed the new variance bill/law has been passed by both the House and <br />the Senate. It is currently awaiting Governor Dayton's signature before it is passed into Law. If <br />that fails to happen prior to the May 16`' Planning Commission date, I recommend tabling your <br />application until the June 201h Planning Commission date.
