Box 66 <br />Crysta I Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your <br />application for a Setback Variance for property at 1449 Bay Ridge Road. Below is a list of items the City <br />of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br />1. Two (2) original scaled copies of the certificate of survey and a reduced copy (11 'xl 7' or <br />smaller) indicating the following: <br />a. setback zones from the OHWL of Lake Minnetonka, <br />b. the existing house and the proposed garage, <br />c. all proposed hardcover and any hardcover to be removed, <br />2. Hardcover for the 75 to 250 zone calculated by your surveyor . <br />Application # 09-3406 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the <br />items requested above by May 11 to remain on the May 18 , 2009 Planning Commission agenda.
