Rd. 15 <br />at 1425 Bay Ridge Road <br />--··----- <br />I am in the process of reviewing Mr. Whitworth' s proposal for a retaining wall a!ld find the <br />information submitted to date to be inadequate . l rn.~ed a survey th~t shows tlie existing <br />topography along the rear property line at a scale that is reproducible for overhead projection . <br />l also need a st.:aleJ drawing of the retaining wall in plan, cross-section, and front ~evation to <br />dete.nnine the height and length . Since retaining walls are considered hardcover, 1 ne~d to know <br />the amount of hardcover that will be located in the O' -75' setback from the shoreline!. <br />I <br />. Unfortunately, J need this information as quickJy as possible because the report has to tie delivered <br />to the City Council on Friday , May 8rh .
