Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (612)473-7357 Fax 473-0510 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Conunission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Monday , April 20, 1998 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the matter ofreviewing the following <br />land use applications: <br />1. #2352 Rick Fredricksen representing Woodhill Country Club, 200 Woodhill Road, requests <br />a conditional use permit to allow the construction of a well enclosure. <br />2. #2353 Len Busch, 1265 Shoreline Drive , requests a hardcover variance to construct a <br />detached hobby room. <br />3 . #2354 Konrad Kruger, 520 Hanlon Avenue, requests front, rear and side setback variances <br />for the construction of a second story addition and attached garage. <br />4. #2356 Jon and Diane Rappaport, 3067 Farview Lane, request the vacation of a drainage and <br />utility easement to allow the placement of a new septic system. <br />5. #2357 Susan and Kent Whitworth, 1425 Bay Ridge Road, request a conditional use <br />permit and a hardcover variance for the construction of retaining walls. <br />6. #2358 Randy and Marie Staffanson, 1422 Park Drive, request variances for hardcover and <br />side setback to replace a garage. <br />7. #2359 Hestia Homes Inc . on behalf of Matt and Karen Parks, 825 Forest Anns Lane, requests <br />variances for hardcover, average lakeshore and bluff setback for the construction of a <br />deck and additional attached garage stall. <br />8. #2360 Anthony Kmetz, 640 Orchard Park Road, requests the renewal of an elapsed front <br />setback variance to construct an attached garage addition. <br />9. #2362 Bob Howard, 1300 Shoreline Drive, requests variances for lot area, lot width, and <br />front, rear and street setback variances for the construction of a new residence. <br />10. #2363 Bill Bockmann, 1130 Loma Linda Avenue, requests variances for lot area, lot width, <br />hardcover and front and side street setback for the construction of a new residence.
