<br />The Plann ing Commiss ion will hold
<br />public hearings in the Council Chambers at
<br />2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, April 20 ,
<br />1998, beginning at 6:30 p .m. on the maner of
<br />reviewing the following land use applications :
<br />1. #2352 Rick Fredr icksen representing
<br />Woodhill Country Club, 200 Woodhill Road ,
<br />requests a conditional use permit to allow the
<br />construction of a well enclosure .
<br />2. #2353 Len Busch , 1265 Shorel ine
<br />Dr ive, requests a hardcover variance to
<br />construct a detached hobby room .
<br />3 . #2354 Konrad Kruger, 520 Hanlon--
<br />Avenue, requests front , rear and side setback
<br />variances for the construction of a second
