The site is located at 1425 Bay Ridge. Road. The applicant is proposing to construct a berm along the C.R. 51 frontage. \Ve have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • The existing sanitary Sewer located between tbe home and C.R. 15 should be located and shown on the plans. The proposed work should not place any fill over existing manholes and the site should be graded to direct water away from all sanitary sewer manholes. Manholes should be fenced to protect agair1st damage from construction activity. • The berm should be restored with seed and fiber blanket within five days after final grading. • Heavy-duty s.ilt fence shotdd be iP.staJled between the berm and the C.R. 15 and C.R. 51 · frontJ.g:=s.
