The Planning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing on the matter of reviewing the following land use applications: <br />LA25.000037 JPS Homes LLC, 3511 Livingston Avenue, requests setback variances to consind a <br />new driveway, (Staff: Pdelanie Cudis) <br />1A25.000038 Grizzly Conslmdion,1384 Baldur Park Road, requests variances for hardcover, lot <br />area, lot width, average lakeshore selbatk, 7540ol lake setback, and side yard setback <br />to redevelop the property veth a new home and swimming pool. A conditional use permil <br />is also requested for walls within the 15400l setback. (Slag: Melanie Cures) <br />All persons wishing to be heard are encouraged to attend these meet- <br />ings. This is not a final agenda and is subject to change before the <br />hearings. The applications and proposed ordinance language will be <br />available on the City website (www,oronomn.gov) on the Friday before <br />the meeting, or by contacting the City Hall at 952-249-4600 and speak- <br />ing with the planner associated with that application.
