Front yard setback variance to permit a front yard setback of 23' where 50' is <br />normally required, 23' currently exists, and 25' was previously approved. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of a front yard setback variance that <br />would maintain a 25' setback from Barrett Avenue, which would require that applicant <br />revised the proposed plans shifting the addition 2' to the east. <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Sec. 78-420.
