Front yard setback variance to permit a front yard setback of 22.8' where 50' is <br />normally required, approximately 23' currently exists, and 25' was previously <br />approved. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to approve the front yard setback request at 23 feet where 50 <br />feet is normally required as only a minor additional encroachment results at that setback due to the <br />angling of the home. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Approval per the attached Resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached Resolution granting a front yard setback variance for 540 Barrett Avenue. <br />
