(.88 acres) <br />Application: The applicants submitted an application requesting to change the roof line on <br />the existing house. The roof line is changing to accommodate dormers. The dormers will allow for <br />more headroom in the second story. The location of the house is such that a section of it lies within <br />the front yard setback. In May 1992 this applicant was granted a front yard variance for a 2 1 /2 story <br />addition. The front setback granted was 25' from the street line. The requested variances are for: <br />1.
