RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION TO REDUCE THE SEWER SERVICE CHARGE TO THE <br />CALVARY MEMORIAL CHURCH AT 2420 DUNWOODY AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the Elizabeth Gardner School at 2420 Dunwoody <br />Avenue, has been charged for thirty (30) sewer units; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 1, 1978, the Elizabeth Gardner School <br />was sold to the Calvary Memorial Church, and <br />WHEREAS, the change in ownership has reduced the extent of <br />sewer use at that address, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono staff has researched the matter <br />and have determined that there is indeed a change of use for that <br />address. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council <br />does hereby authorize a reduction in sewer rates for the Calvary <br />Memorial Church, 2420 Dunwoody Avenue, from thirty (30) units per <br />quarter to three (3) units per quarter, effective October 1, 1978, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this rate reduction will remain <br />in effect until such time that either the use of the property and <br />buildings be changed or the City of Orono revises its policy on <br />setting sewer service charges. <br />Aaopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held December/j , 1978. <br />Attest: <br />William B.
