This is a .request for <br />a side setback variance and hardcover variance to construct an addition to <br />the existing residence. <br />Planning Commission recommended approval subject to applicant holding <br />his 75-250' haro,:,:,ver to no more than 40%. Applicant has submitted a <br />revised proposal with a 4' narrower addition, removing the sidewalk, and <br />narrowing the driveway to the minimum usable width, ending up with 39.7% <br />hardcover in the 75-250' zone. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval per applicant's revised plan in accordance <br />with the Planninc Commission recommendation, per the attached resolution. <br />'n,, .-,,,I... <br />
