Unfortunately, <br />the submittal deadline in order to publish the public hearing notice <br />for the September Planning Commissior eeting was Thursday August 22, <br />hence the earliest your applicatiot. ;an be heard is the October 21 <br />meeting. The normal situation, presuming that the Planning Commission <br />recommends approval, would be final approval by the Council on <br />November 12. In order to meet this schedule, your application and <br />submittals must be in this office by Thursday, September 26, 1985. <br />Note that we have a survey on file dated 12/19/77. Your surveyor <br />should update this survey, showing the location of the new garage and <br />driveway and showing the proposed addition, noting the proposed set- <br />back dimension from the west lot line. <br />The variances needed are: <br />I. â–ºiardcover, 75-250' setback zone: proposed hardcover is 2756 <br />feet, area of 75-250' zone is approximately 8154 s.f. by my <br />measurements (you may wish to have your surveyor verify this) so <br />proposed hardcover is 2756/8154 = 33.8% where 2`_% is allowed (a <br />variance of 717 s.f.) <br />2.
