REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, MAY 16, 1983 <br />Page 3 <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />328 Moodhill Road <br />#745 - Robert White <br />After all persons present had an opportunity to <br />be beard, Chairman Rovegno closed the public <br />ho firing at 8:40 P.M. <br />Mer..ber Sime moved, Chairman Rovegno seconded, to <br />recommend approval of the metes and bounds <br />subdivision request of Richard Ogle, ?755 <br />adywood goad, per the following condit.ons: <br />1. Applicant submit a copy of easement <br />agreement qranting existing dock ownership to <br />Parcel B. <br />2. Parcel A & Parcel B may have one dock each <br />either on lagoon nr main lake. <br />3. New dock on Parcel A must meet all LMCD <br />standards. <br />4. Variance setback approved for permanent <br />existing dock - ramp to dock must be relocated so <br />that direct access is via Parcel B. <br />Mc,tion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br />At 3: 40 P.M., Chairman Rovegno annotin.7ed that now <br />was the time and place for the public hearing <br />concerning the request of Robert White, 120 <br />Woodhill Road, for a subdivision. Mrs. Freida <br />Keith was present. Chairman Rovegno stated <br />that the Planning Commission did not have a <br />complete application before them. <br />Member McDonald moved, Member Adams seconded, to <br />extend the public hearing at Robert White's <br />request for 320 Woodh i l l Road, until the .June 2A, <br />t')ql Planning Commission meeting. Motir,n, Ayes <br />(5) - Nays (A). <br />VARIANCE <br />142.4 Baldur Park Road <br />Michael Sjeklocha - A746 <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed with the <br />Planning Commission the request of Michael <br />Sjeklocha, 1424 Baldur Park Road, for a variance <br />for an additi..)n to his home. <br />Member McDunal ; moved, Member Sime seconded, to <br />recommend approval of the variance request of <br />Michael Sjeklocha,1424Baldur Park Road, per the <br />followinq findings: <br />
