The addition <br />consists of a family room on the first floor and a tx�droorf. and bath on <br />the second. My concern in this current. rroposal is they age and condition <br />of the existing garage. Although the ap, , ican•_ does not include a new <br />garage in the proposal, our review must in.-•ude the inevitable request. <br />The existing garages is 24.15' X 14' or 339.1 sq. ft. A minima::, sized <br />two -car garages at 22' X 24' equals 528 aq. ft. in area for an increase of <br />199.9 or 190 sq. ft. of hardcover.
