AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: September 22, 2025 <br />Title: No Parking - Maple Lane - Resolution 7624 <br />Presenter: Adam Edwards, City Administrator / Engineer <br />Section: City Administrator/Engineer Report <br />Item: 18 <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this action is to establish a No Parking Zone along the south side of Maple Lane. <br />2. Background: <br />The three residents abutting Maple Lane submitted a petition to the city requesting the creation of <br />a no parking zone on the south side of Maple Lane. The City Council is empowered to establish <br />"No Parking" zones along public streets within the city. <br />3. Cost: <br />The estimated cost to procure and install the no parking signs is under $200 and will be funded <br />from the Streets operating budget. <br />4. Staff Recommendation: <br />I recommend adoption of the no parking resolution for Maple Lane. The petition has been <br />reviewed and endorsed by the Public Works Department, Police Department and City Engineer. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Move to adopt Resolution 7624 establishing no parking along the south side of Maple Lane. <br />Exhibits <br />A. 2025 Petition for No Parking Maple Lane <br />B.
