Lake Minnetonka Regional Park <br />September 20, 1988 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended at this time, because of the inclusion <br />of the Veterans' Camp in this issue, that the City for a price not to <br />exceed $300.00 become a party to the lawsuit with Minnetrs sta strictly for <br />the issue of the Constitutional question. This relates to the Legislation <br />being in violation of the requirement for local approval for special <br />Legislation and that should it go further, the City seek another firm to <br />advise it, if appropriate. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by , seconded by , to approve at this time, <br />because of the inclusion of the Veterans' Camp in this issue, that the City <br />for a price not to exceed $300.00 become a party to the lawsuit with <br />Minnetrista strictly for the issue of the Constitutional question related <br />to the Legislation being in violation of the requirement for local approval <br />for special Legislation.
