Zoning File #1301 <br />Notice of Planning Commission Action <br />July 21, 1988 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />In order to proceed with this application, you must advise staff as <br />soon as possible of your intent. If you wish to continue the proposed <br />three lot plat (two buildable lots and an outlot), you must provide a <br />topographic survey of the entire property. If you wish to merely split off <br />three acres with the existing house, you should arrange to meet with staff <br />to discuss the necessary roadway dedication and lot line reconfiguration. <br />It would be appropriate and helpful to have your surveyor involved in this <br />meeting. <br />The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for August 15th, <br />1988. In order to continue discussion of your application, you should <br />contact staff no later than August 5th, 1988 to discuss how you wish to <br />proceed. Staff will investigate the City's road policy for this area and <br />will be prepared to address that at the August 15th meeting. Regarding the <br />Planning Commission's direction that you work with the neighboring property <br />owners to develop a comprehensive development plan for the area, it is <br />staff's opinion that the City is responsible for this type of coordinated <br />planning, hence staff will pursue discussions with neighboring property <br />owners to verify their future intentions. <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional information, please <br />contact the Zoning Department (413-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />
