APPROVAL OF MINUTFS <br />MOTI0L8.16.88.1: Anderson moved, seconded by Olds, to approve <br />the minutes of the July 19, 1988 meeting as written. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />III. REPORTS <br />A. TREASURER <br />Roehl reported that the budget for 1988 is under budget on a few <br />items; by the end of the year the commission should have a <br />couple of thousand dollars remaining in the budget. <br />MQTION 8.16.88.2: JUST CLAIMS: Roehl moved, seconded by <br />Anderson, to approve t_ne Just Claims a.: written on Appendix A. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Roehl also recommended that the commission ohould go ahead with <br />the financial review of Dowden. <br />rjOTION 8.16.88.3 Roehl moved, seconded by Olds, to allow <br />W.F. Denny to perform the financial audit of Dowden not to <br />exceed $1,700.00. Motion carried unanimously. <br />B. ADMZNISTRATIVE <br />Hansen reported to the Commission that she has received <br />compla:'Lnts from subscribers regarding the interruption of <br />Fervice mainly due to the construction on County Road 15. <br />Hansen asked comp_aintants to keep a log on how many hours they <br />are out of service. There is a clause in the Ordinance that <br />says if service is ".nterrupted or discontinued for a total <br />period of more than 48 hours in any 30 day period, subscribers <br />shall be credited pro rata for such interruption. <br />Hansen briefly commented on the signal quality of Regional <br />Channel 6. She has spoken with Mary Smith of Triax. Smith <br />informed Hansen that Triax is working on the signal, at this <br />time they are waiting for electronic parts that should help the <br />quality. <br />-1- <br />
