Jim Franklin explained <br />that his intention of the motion was to provide a directivr. `o the administra- <br />tion to ensure study of this issue. <br />The question was called on the motion to lay the motion concerning a directive <br />to administration to undertake the daycare needs through a task force study in <br />conjunction with a survey regarding school schedule times.
