Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: September 21, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: #1311 John & Susan Purdy, 1975 Fagerness Point Road - <br />Variance - Request For Consideration of Revised Proposal <br />At your September 12th meeting, Council voted 5-0 to direct staff to <br />draft a resolution for denial of the variances for construction of a <br />bathroom and enclosed porch addition which would encroach further into the <br />lakeshore setback. Subsequently, the applicants have requested a deferral <br />of that resolution and they request consideration of a revised plan. <br />Although that plan has not been submitted as of this writing, staff would <br />recommend that the resolution for denial be deferred and the proposed <br />revisions be referred to the Planning Commission for a recommendation. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved , Seconded , To refer the revised proposal of <br />John & Susan Purdy for additions at 1975 Fagerness Point Road, to the <br />Planning Commission for further recommendation. Ayes, Nays. <br />
