Administrator's Information <br />September 21, 1988 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />Based on the special conditions of approval setforth in the original <br />Resolution 42194, it would appear that since the applicant did not file for <br />a building permit for the marina structure by the June 8, 1988 deadline <br />date, Mr. Toberman must file for a renewal variance application. The <br />resolution has been enclosed for your review. <br />1950 SHORELINE DRIVE - The attorneys are currently pursuing the matter with <br />the property owner and Hazardous Building Proceedings are being re- <br />initiated. Additionally, we have had a report of additional work being <br />done on one of the rear cabins that is currently being investigated. <br />CRYSTAL BAY SEWER HOOK-UP STATUS - The following residents were issued <br />warnings on August 16, 1988 for failure to connect to the sanitary sewer: <br />1270 Arbor Street <br />2140 Prospect Avenue <br />12/1 Arbor Street <br />1290 Briar Street <br />The owner at 1270 Arbor Street is out of town until September 26, 1988. <br />The resident at 2140 Prospect Avenue contacted me stating she will connect <br />as soon as she can make arrangements with a contractor. <br />The resident at 1271 Arbor Street contacted me and stated that his wife had <br />just gone through a major operation but they would be concentrating on <br />getting the connection done as soon as possible. <br />The resident at 1290 Briar Street has paid the SAC Charge and is trying to <br />schedule a time with her contractor to complete the connection. <br />I should have more specific information during the week of September 26, <br />1988 and ii necessary issue citations to those properties that are not at <br />least making an effort to connect. <br />Once the above are connected, the balance remaining of 10 units are <br />involved in easement negotiation, assessment negotiations or City <br />properties that have a deferral until December 1988. <br />
