S 9.13 <br />F. It is unlawful for any person to interfere with <br />any horse being ridden, driven or kept in a lawful manner. <br />Subd. 14. Feeding of Waterfowl. It is unlawful for any <br />person to feed or provide feed for any non -domestic ducks, geese or <br />other waterfowl in a manner that results in the accumulation of a <br />sufficient number of waterfowl so that the excrement of the <br />waterfowl accumulates in such a way as to cause a danger to the <br />health, safety and welfare of the public, or in such a way as to <br />induce the waterfowl to alter their natural migratory pattern, or <br />in such a way as to cause the waterfowl to congreoate for extended <br />periods of time on any neighboring or nearby property or water. <br />SEC. 9.14. CURFEW. <br />Subd. 1. Curfew - Minors Under the Age of Fifteen. It <br />is unlawful for any minor person under the age of fifteen years to <br />be or loiter upon the streets or public places between the hours of <br />10:00 o'clock P.M. and 5:00 o'clock A.M. of the following day. <br />Subd. 2. Curfew - Minors Between the Age of Fifteen and <br />Eighteen. It is unlawful for any minor person over the age of <br />fourteen years but under the age of eighteen years to be or loiter <br />upon the streets or public places between the hours of 12:00 <br />o'clock midnight and 5:00 o'clock A.M. of the following day. <br />Subd. 3. Curfew - Parents and Guardians. It is unlawful <br />for any parent, guardian, or other person having the legal care or <br />custody of any minor person to allow or permit such minor person to <br />be or loiter upon the streets or public places in violation of this <br />Section unless such minor is accompanied by a person of lawful age <br />having such minor person in charge. <br />Subd. 4. Curfew - Places of Amusement, Entertainment or <br />Refreshment. It is unlawful for any person operating, or in charge <br />of, any place of amusement, entertainment or refreshment, or other <br />place of business, to allow or permit any minor person to be or <br />loiter in such place in violation of this Section unless such minor <br />is accompanied by a person of lawful age having such minor person <br />in charge. This Subdivision shall not be construed to permit the <br />presence, at any time, of any person under age in any place where <br />his presence is otherwise prohibited by law. <br />Subd. 5. Exceptions.
