Issue 1. It is recommended that the Council require that all the <br />dogs be licensed and that such be done by May 31, 1988. <br />Issue 2. Kennel Licensing - Let Mr. Hollander apply for a <br />residential kennel license and that such be completed no later <br />than May 30, 1988. <br />Issue 3. Farm Aninal Regulation - The City establish a permit <br />system for farm animals . <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , that the Council <br />direct Mr. Hollander to apply for and receive a dog license no <br />later than May 11, 1988 together with a residential kennel <br />license and that staff be directed to develop a permit system for <br />farm animals.
