The opportunity for further discussion on the 1989 <br />Budget. <br />2. Determination if Council deserves any further meetings <br />on the Budget. <br />INTP.ODUCTION - At the September 20, 1988 Budget Meeting, Council <br />Members indicated they would be contacting us with further <br />questions. <br />DISCUSSION - The proposed adoption of the Budget has been placed <br />tentatively on the October 10, 1988 Council agenda. The item is <br />placed on this agenda to: <br />A) Allow further opportunity for questions and comments; <br />B) Determine if an additional time should be set aside `or <br />further discussions. <br />Currently, staff is researching the issue of citations, gross <br />misdemeanors and legal costs and will have the information in <br />advance of the October 10, 1988 meeting. <br />Please note an addendum to the proposed water budget will be <br />forthcoming. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that following any discussion, <br />the Council table the budget discussion until October 10, 1988 <br />unless they desire any additional meetings. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by seconded by the Orono <br />Council table the 1989 Budget discussion until <br />Aves , nays <br />c Tom Kuehn <br />Mel Kilbo <br />
