Determination as to whether the Council desires to have another site <br />explored as either an alternate or additional site. <br />INTRODUCTION - As noted in Attachment B the Council directed that Phase II, <br />site analysis be undertaken of the two sites outlined. The consultant, in <br />April, developed a list of site criteria after working with staff on the <br />matter and this was submitted to the Planning Commission in May. The staff <br />received responses from the Planning Commission on these and Attachment A <br />is a summary of the criteria and weightings from both staff and Planning <br />Commission. <br />DISCUSSION - In addition to review and comment on the criteria weighting <br />factors which is step 5 outlined in attachment B, the staff would request <br />that you consider the possibility of analysis of a non owned city site at <br />the SW corner of Highway 12 and Old Crystal Bay Road. The staff has not <br />discussed this with the owner but several years ago the staff had discussed <br />possible acquisition of the site with the owner. This analysis could either <br />be done as a substitute for one of the current two or as an additional one <br />for an additional amount of about $4,000. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />ISSUE #1 Criteria <br />1.
