We <br />have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br />• The plans should include topography and contours extending 50-feet beyond all lot lines . <br />• Plans should include any existing storm sewer or culverts on the property or in Baldur Park <br />Road adjacent to the property. <br />• Silt fence should be heavy duty type with steel t-posts.
