At that meeting it was determined that your property is located <br />within in the 100-year floodplain of Lake Minnetonka. Therefore, the City will need the <br />following additional information in order to complete a review of your proposal: <br />1. Grading, drainage and erosion control plans, <br />2. Engineered foundation plcms, <br />3. Building plans showing the lowest floor elevation. one foot above the 100-year flood <br />boundary (931.5 MSL) <br />In addition to the above list, your survey shall be revised to include the following: <br />1. Existing and proposed elevation contours <br />2. 100-year floodplain elevation at 931.5 MSL <br />If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items requested above by <br />noon on March 5, 2004 in order to remain on the March 15, 2004 Planning Commission <br />agenda.
