Staff has drafted a resolution reflecting that <br />approval. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On March 20, 2006, Planning Commission voted 5 -1 to recommend approval of the variances as <br />requested provided the applicant reduce the street side deck to 35 s.f.. The dissenting Commissioner <br />felt that further reductions could be made. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached Resolution consistent with the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached Resolution.
