The <br />minority opinion of 2 felt the application~ould have been approved because <br />of the overall reduction of hardcover of 8% within the 75-250' setback area <br />and that a 2-car garage is needed in Minnesota. <br />As we discussed on the phone, staff appreciated your comments during <br />the review that you have explored other options regarding an addition to <br />the garage on this severely limited property. You were advised to provide <br />sketches of the other alternatives discussed at the meeting and to reflect <br />the hardcover increases resulting from proposed improvements. <br />If you plan to submit additional supportive information for your <br />client, please see that it is submitted to this office no later than <br />Monday, August 5, 1991. <br />Staff will present your application as amended excluding the overhang <br />area which now eliminates the issue of access to the well and reduces <br />hardcover within the 75-250' setback area. <br />Please contact my office (Jeanne Mabusth -473-7357) if you have any <br />further questions concerning this application and my comments above. <br />lsv
