05-3106 Brad & Cindy McDonnell, 1420 Baldur Park Road, <br />Hardcover & Structural Coverage Variance <br />The applicants are requesting hardcover and structural coverage variances in <br />order to construct a 168 s.f. covered porch entry in the place of an existing 76 s.f. <br />deck. The application consists of: <br />1. A hardcover variance within the 75'-250' zone for 54.5%* hardcover where <br />54%* currently exists this includes the nonconforming hardcover within the 0- <br />75' zone. <br />2. A structural coverage variance to allow 1,885 s.f. of structure when 1,500 s.f. <br />is normally allowed and 1,717 s.f. currently exists. <br />Planning Staff recommends approval of a small hardcover and structural <br />coverage variance to construct a minimal covered entry no greater than 50 s.f .. <br />Additionally, Staff recommends removal of the rock fire ring within 75' of the lake, <br />and all fabric/plastic landscape liners. <br />-; <br />L\ <br />\
