The <br />plans show removing an existing home and construction of a new attached garage dwelling. We have the <br />following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> <br />• Plans should be submitted to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District for review and approval. <br />• It appears that the runoff from the SW downspout and the area around it will be directed onto the <br />neighboring property to the west.
