The <br />applicants have been informed they will shortly be billed for these costs through July <br />15 with the remainder to be billed later. I realize this will be extra work to send two <br />bills, but these bills have been accumulating since the beginning of the year or earlier <br />and for three I have concerns about our being able to easily collect. <br />#06-3243 North Shore Gardens 2795 Pheasant Road -to go to Planning Commission <br />on August 20 and City Council of September 10 -cost to be paid before application is <br />considered by Council -applicant is not property owner, scope of the project has been <br />much reduced and may not be approved. <br />· #07-3266 Vogue Homes 1404 Baldur Park Road -Approved 8/13 -cost to be paid <br />before the building permit is issued. <br />#07-3280&81 Vogue Homes 3048 & 3050 Rest Point Circle -Approved 8/13 -costs <br />before building permits are issued -owner sold lots without Vogue'? knowledge to <br />someone who will use a different builder.
