Below is a list <br />of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br />1) Certificate of Survey/Grading Plan. Please provide: two copies of the grading plan, scaled <br />1"=20' or larger to show detail as well as a digital copy; cut and fill calculations and a cut and fill <br />exhibit (for presentation). <br />2) Hardcover Calculations. All proposed hardcover shall be calculated on the hardcover worksheets <br />that are enclosed. The hardcover calculations must be completed by your surveyor. <br />3) Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Please provide a copy of the floodplain alteration <br />application and/or permit from the MCWD. <br />4) Certified Property Owners List. Certified list of property owners within 350' feet of the subject <br />property, labels and plat map must be submitted. The list, labels and map may be obtained from <br />Hennepin County Department of Finance, Government Center, A-603 300 South 6th Street, <br />Minneapolis, telephone 612.348.5910. <br />Application #15-3773 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items <br />requested above by Monday, August 3rd in order to remain on the August 17, 2015 Planning Commission <br />agenda.
