<br />The Orono Planning Commis-
<br />sion will hold a public hearing in the
<br />Orono Council Chambers at 2780
<br />Kelley Parkway on Monday, August
<br />17, 2015, beginning at 6:30 p .m. on
<br />the matter of reviewing the following
<br />land use applications and proposed
<br />zoning amendments:
<br />15-3725 Dale Gustafson on
<br />behalf of Douglas & Roban Smith,
<br />4195, 4175 and 4167 Highwood
<br />Road, LR-18 zoning district, re-
<br />quest approval of a conditional use
<br />permit and setback variance to al-
<br />low retaining walls (below grade)
<br />within 75 feet of the OHWL of Lake
<br />Minnetonka and potentially exceed-
<br />ing the allowed 50 cubic yards of
<br />earth movement. The purpose of
<br />this joint request is to allow re-grad-
