CITY OF ORONO -NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council <br />Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road on Monday, October 21, 1991 for <br />the purpose of reviewing the following land use applications: <br />1. #1687 Robert J. Bilger of 4005 North Shore Drive seeks a <br />front street setback variance and a hardcover variance for a <br />proposed detached garage and an after-the-fact hardcover <br />variance for an existing deck, all located within the 75- <br />250' lakeshore setback area. <br />2. #1688 Jim Buranen of 1085 Brown Road South has fil~d an <br />appeals application requesting clarification of the standard <br />requiring employees to reside in the subject residence in <br />conjunction with a requested Home Occupation license. <br />3. #1 689 Terry Sadler of 1396 Baldur Park Road seeks a side <br />setback variance and a hardcover variance within the 75-250' <br />lake shore setback area for a proposed 3-season porch <br />addition to the lake side of the existing residence. <br />4. #1690 William Pogue has filed an appeals application <br />seeking non-structure/non-hardcover status for a skateboard <br />ramp located within the 0-75' protected lakeshore setback <br />area. <br />5. #1692 Bruce W. Engelsma of 990 Partenwood Road seeks <br />variances for hardcover and lakeshore setback for <br />construction of additions to the existing residence, such <br />additions proposed to be located partially within the 0-75' <br />protected lakeshore setback area. <br />6. #1693 Albert D. Hanser of 1685 Fox Street seeks a variance <br />to Ordinance No. 96, Second Series, the interim moratorium <br />on land subdivision, in order to proceed with a subdivision <br />to create new residential building lots located within 1000' <br />of Tanager Lake. <br />7. #1694 Douglas Merz of 3195 Watertown Road seeks a side <br />street setback variance for construction of an addition to <br />the existing residence. <br />8. #1696 Steven and Joanie Ward of 4695 North Shore Drive seek <br />street setback and hardcover variances within the 75-250' <br />lakeshore setback area for construction of additions to the <br />existing residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. The <br />meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
