Approval of setback and hardcover variances to allow 39.6% <br />hardcover as proposed. <br />2. Approve variances but require that all areas with plastic <br />liner be made non-hardcover reducing this to 36.3%. <br />3. Approval of screen porch as proposed subject to applicant <br />making the driveway non-hardcover. Specify how this should <br />be done. <br />4. Denial, based on the finding that applicant has not acted in <br />good faith by paving his driveway even though he was aware <br />of the original conditions that required it to be porous. <br />5. Other.
