Box 66 <br />Orono, MN 55356 Crystal Bay, MN 55323.0066 <br />RE: Variance Application Packet . <br />Dear Mr. Miller: <br />I have enclosed the variance application packet you have requested for the covered walk extension <br />to the roof line of the house. The extended roof line constitutes a structural addition to the total <br />hardcover previously approved for the property. <br />Because the application will be applied for after the work has been completed, the variance request <br />is an after the fact application requiring a double fee. The total variance application fee is $500. The <br />following items are requested to complete your after the fact variance application: <br />❑ Completed Application Form and $500 after the fact variance application fee. <br />❑ Certified Property Owners List of owners within 150, labels and plat map (you must obtain <br />this list, labels and map from Hennepin County Department of Finance, they can be <br />contacted at (612) 348-5910). They will need to know from you the property address or <br />property identification number for the lot the variance is being requested. <br />❑ Updated Certificate of Survey (signed by a licensed surveyor) for the property and new roof <br />extension.
