Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your application <br />for variances for property located at 1396 Baldur Park Road. Below is a list of items the City of Orono is <br />requesting to complete our review: <br />✓ Two (2) original scaled copies of the updated certificate of survey, and a reduced copy (11 'xl 7' or <br />smaller), indicating the following: <br />o setback zones from the OHWL of Lake Minnetonka, <br />o the proposed structures, <br />o all proposed hardcover, <br />o the average lakeshore setback, <br />o existing topographic contours extending 50' past the property boundarie~ and <br />o proposed stonnwater drainage and proposed site grading for the driveway reorientation <br />(please indicate total cubic yards of proposed earth movement on/off si~eif any). <br />✓ All proposed hardcover shall be calculated by the appropriate zone on the hardcover worksheets that <br />are enclosed. The hardcover calculations must be completed by your surveyor. <br />✓ Certified Property Owners List-owners within 150' of the subject property, labels and plat map. <br />List, labels and map may be obtained from Hennepin County Department of Finance, Government <br />Center, A-603 300 South 6th Street, Minneapolis, telephone 612-348-5910. <br />Application 07-3292 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items <br />requested above by 9 am on Thursday, June ih in order to remain on the June 18 th Planning Commission <br />agenda.
