Motion, Ayes=5, Nays=0, <br />Motior. passed. <br />1304 BLOONQUIST/SUPER VALU <br />3333 SHUREI.INE DRIVE <br />VARIAXCB <br />RESOLUTION f2482 <br />The applicant was present for this matter. <br />Acting City Administrator Gerhar6a�,-n explained that <br />applicant was requesting a setback variance for a parking lot, <br />which would involve a 0' setback where 20' is required. <br />Applicant was also seeking a 3' setback variance for a pylon sign <br />where normally 10' is required. The Planning Commission had <br />previously recommended approval of this application. Mayor <br />Grabek asked applicant if he had reviewed the material prepared <br />for this meeting. Applicant stated he had reviewed the material <br />and had no questions. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Calla' -an, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to approve the variances requested by <br />applicant, subject to those conditions set forth in Resolution <br />f2482.
